Prior Estates Limited are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are founder members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and have a proud history of supporting this body and the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and the Directors are supporters of improving standards in the industry, regulation of managing agents and are committed to keeping up to date with the regular changes in legislation and regulations that impact on managing agents and their clients by running and attending training courses for office and estate based staff.
Andrew McKeer MRICS FIRPM

A former Chairman of ARMA Andrew has served as a member of the ARMA Council and the Practice Committee. A regular speaker at Conferences within the industry and contributor to Radio, TV and newspaper articles on residential property management he has over 30 years of property management experience in London and the South East acting for a range of clients including resident owned management companies. Andrew has also been appointed by the LVT in “appointment of a manager” applications.
Peter Cheverton FCA FIRPM

Peter is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in property management. He has served as Chairman of the Accounts & Audit Committee of ARMA and has served on the Technical Committee. He has represented ARMA on working parties with the Institute of Chartered Accountants on service charge accounts and the Department of Communities and Local Government looking at legislation on Leasehold Reform.
The Directors are assisted by a dedicated accounts team and your property will be assigned to a property manager who will be the first port of call for the Directors of the management company and the lessees. It is a policy of Prior Estates that all members of staff dealing with your property or are currently members of or are training to be member of IRPM.
